31 oktober 2008 — An Associated Press-Yahoo! News poll out this morning suggests that one in seven voters are still persuadable.  The AP’s Alan Fram writes, “A stubborn wedge of people somehow, are still making up their minds about who should be president. One in seven, or 14 percent, can't decide or back a candidate but might switch.” 

On the other hand, The Economist, across all four global editions has a stark white cover with a strolling Senator Obama and the two words, “It’s time.”  Inside, the magazine editorializes: “America should take a chance and make Barack Obama the next leader of the free world.”

I guess if you trust what you read in the liberal media, all is lost for McCain supporters.  Luckily, I don’t and I think John McCain still has a chance in next Tuesday’s presidential election.

The way I see it, the reason there are still some undecided voters in America is because they still have unanswered questions about whether Barack Obama can be a strong commander-in-chief.   

For most voters, I believe these unanswered questions to be:

If you compare these unanswered questions to the positions of John McCain, I think the answers create a crystal clear view for these so-called undecided voters. 

John McCain has more experience and his record of cutting wasteful spending in Washington is second to none.  For these reasons, I have a strong suspicion that the still undecided voters in America will vote for McCain.

I don’t know if the undecided vote will be enough to win some of the key battleground states required to win the electoral vote.  But, I think it puts the McCain campaign in a good spot with four days to go before we elect our next president.
